4. Reports To: Sales Manager, GEM Team

6. Role Overview:

You will drive donor subscriptions by selling the GEM program over calls. Your role involves lead conversion, donor engagement, and achieving sales targets.

7. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential donors.

Explain the benefits of the GEM program.

Convert leads into monthly donors.

Maintain donor relationships and address concerns.

Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads.

Update CRM with donor details and interactions.

8. Qualifications:

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-2 years of telesales experience.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Experience in subscription sales is a plus.
