Sales Executive

• Coordinate and manage sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, and invoices while maintaining detailed records.

• Act as a central point of contact between customers, the sales team, and internal departments (production, logistics, and quality control).

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems and databases.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

• Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics to support decision-making.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address issues related to orders, deliveries, or product information.

• Support sales team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials for client visits or trade shows.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

• Assist in managing customer accounts, tracking contracts, and following up on payment terms.
