Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth of Jeev Projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients, partners, and market opportunities in the real estate sector.

· Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to shape business strategies.

· Sales & Negotiation: Present property listings and services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, financial institutions, and other industry stakeholders.

· Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

· Client Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback from clients, analyze market conditions, and provide detailed reports to management.

· Event Participation: Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the brand.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate (preferably 1-5 years).

· Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
