We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Watch Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in luxury and fashion watches, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for timepieces.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, materials, and brand history.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Ensure the store display is maintained and watches are presented attractively.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
Process payments and handle billing efficiently.
Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
Keep up-to-date with the latest watch trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in luxury retail or watch sales (preferred).
Strong knowledge of various watch brands and movements (Quartz, Automatic, Mechanical, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in horology or watch repair (a plus but not mandatory).
Experience in handling high-end watch brands (Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, etc.).
