Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, deal conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including builders, developers, brokers, investors, and property buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Actively generate new leads through cold calls, meetings with developers and brokers, emails, and referrals.
o Utilize social media and other digital tools for marketing and lead generation.
2. Sales Pipeline Management:
o Qualify prospects, identify their needs, and present suitable solutions.
o Effectively manage the sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Product Presentation & Demonstration:
o Present and demonstrate the features, services, and benefits of the property portal to potential clients.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Address client concerns promptly and provide product information as needed.
5. Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
o Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate preferred; 12th Pass candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, ideally in real estate or a property service environment.
Required Skills:
1. Sales & Negotiation Skills:
o Strong ability to engage prospects, identify needs, and close deals.
o Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in real estate transactions.
2. Communication:
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Good understanding of the property market, including features, services, benefits, and pricing models of property portals.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
o Experience in using CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and generate reports.
5. Tech-Savviness:
o Familiarity with property portals, digital tools, and social media marketing for lead generation.
6. Time Management:
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
