Role: Backend Sales Executive
CTC : Maximum Rs 3.6 Lac Per annum (LPA) or Monthly Rs 30000 per month (PM)provided you fulfil the competencies

Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE Engineering in Electronics, Electrical or any other equivalent qualification with minimum one year’ hands on experience as a back-end sales Executive
Key Skills:
· Minimum 1 year of Experience working as retail sales executive in any industry
· Basic knowledge of sales process like knowing requirements, sending quotations, knowledge about applicable taxes ,preparing invoice, data entries ,follow up for getting work order, Preparing sales and stock details report .
· Good knowledge using MS office, especially MS Word ,MS Excel for preparing sales and stock details.
· Good communication skills written and verbal in English, Hindi and Marathi , negotiation skills
· Willing to work for the shift between 10 am to 7 pm and willing for extended working hours during weekends, Festivals and season time
· Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system (POS)

Major responsibilities:
· Attend and assist the customers at the center and provide adequate knowledge of the automation services
· Influencing and selling the services and achieving revenue targets - Monthly / Seasonal
· Maintain high VM standard at the center
· Addressing all customer queries,following up with the customers ,Retaining the existing or new customers
· Ensure that the center is clean, safe and presentable for customers
· Completing payment transactions
· Delivering exceptional customer experiences and collecting feedback through review submissions
· Maintain and monitor the inventory at the center
· Coordinating with Head office personnel
· Clarifying and introducing the promotion schemes, successfully converting these prospects into sales upon completion
· Prepare and send rate quotations to new and existing customers in consultation with sales team.
· Attend all calls , greet customers when they enter and leave the establishment.
· Provide them with accurate information in response to customer’s queries
· Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
