Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Identify and target new markets for company products, including conducting market research and establishing market-entry strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, suppliers, and customers.
Manage the entire export process, from order processing and shipping to handling documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods to international destinations.
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to payment terms, currency exchange, and trade regulations.
Ensure that all export operations comply with the relevant laws, including customs requirements, documentation, and duties.
Provide excellent customer service to international clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
