Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and
annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and
maximize revenue.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through innovative sales
tactics and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and
stakeholders.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking, and team training.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies aligned
with market trends.
• Oversee end-to-end client experience from inquiry to closing, ensuring high
customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory
developments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in real estate sales with 5+ years of experience, including team management
