Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for luxury, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand with elegance and professionalism.

• Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm

• Present and explain various jewelry pieces (gold, diamond, precious stones, etc.) to clients

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Ensure product displays are appealing and up to brand standards

• Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems

• Stay updated with latest jewelry trends and product knowledge

• Collaborate with the team for promotional campaigns and in-store events

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
