Key Responsibilities:

• Sell HRMS and CRM software to clients in both domestic and international markets.

• Identify potential clients and pitch product offerings through demos and presentations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, IT Managers, and decision-makers.

• Collaborate with the product team to provide client feedback and ensure product-market fit.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in selling SaaS-based HRMS and CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of HR workflows and CRM functionalities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience selling in both Indian and international markets.

• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms.
