About the role:
This position involves overseeing various aspects of sales operations, including strategy, processes, analytics, and technology. The Sr. Sales Executive collaborates closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other departments to drive revenue growth and streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
Attending client’s needs, concerns, and complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued the organization rules and regulation.
Develop & manage of marketing plans for all customers segments.
Manage end-to-end sales process and funnel.
Review and monitor the sales team.
Generate MIS on efficiency and efficacy.
Provide administrative support to sales team and render quality service to customers.
Candidate requirements:
5-10 years of relevant sales experience including management of client data.
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Understanding of sales funnel and strategy management in accordance.
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
