Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the electrical or solar industry. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of industry products and services and be eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the electrical/solar sector.
Present and promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or solar industry.
Basic technical understanding of solar panels, inverters, or electrical components.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple clients.
