Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive at our retail store, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand values. You will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all customers while helping them find the perfect products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cosmetic products

• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits confidently

• Drive sales to meet or exceed individual and store targets

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well-organized

• Handle customer transactions accurately at the POS system

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

• Stay updated with product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotions

• Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or beauty industry

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Basic knowledge of makeup application is a plus
