Sales Executive

• Sales Generation & Lead Management:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media). 

  • Qualify leads and assess their needs and preferences. 

  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to drive sales. 

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports. 

• Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom or during field visits. 

  • Demonstrate two-wheeler features and benefits. 

  • Conduct test rides. 

  • Build rapport with customers and understand their needs. 

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints. 

• Sales Process & Negotiation:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right two-wheeler based on their needs and budget. 

  • Negotiate prices and finalize sales. 

  • Process sales transactions and manage related paperwork. 

  • Arrange finance and insurance options for customers. 

• Performance & Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets. 

  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends. 

  • Track and follow up on leads and sales opportunities. 

• Team Management (If applicable):

  • Lead and motivate a sales team, if applicable. 

  • Conduct training for the team on products, policies, and market changes. 

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
