1) Engage with potential customers through chat platforms like Facebook, actively understanding to their needs and offering appropriate services to meet those needs.
2) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
3) Conduct persuasive sales conversations via chat, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to encourage customers to make a purchase.
4) Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:
Very good written skills as most of our customers speek English.
Good experience in sales are preferable but freshers can apply who have good written skills.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales deals.
Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers through chat conversations.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of chats.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
