Job Description

Responsibilities: Tele calling: Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote and explain the company's medical equipment products. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, online platforms, and networking. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.Product Information: Provide detailed product knowledge, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally.Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the sales team to design and implement effective strategies to meet sales objectives.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Record Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.Required Skills:Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, including email etiquette.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.Persuasion and Negotiation: Effective skills to influence customer decisions and close sales.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Sales Techniques: Understanding of customer behavior and sales processes.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in sales or related fields is a plus.Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinker with the ability to address customer challenges efficiently.
