Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Interior & Architecture Industry

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the interior design and architecture industry. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating client communications, preparing proposals, handling inquiries, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales processes from initial contact through to project completion.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
Monitor sales leads, track progress, and follow up with potential clients.
Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales performance and trends.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, proposals, and related documents.
Administrative Support:
Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits for the sales team.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation for the sales process.
Maintain a database of clients, suppliers, and project details.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and innovations in interior design and architecture.
Assist in market research to identify potential opportunities and target markets.
Order Management:
Ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Track project progress and update clients and the sales team on status.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Provide any necessary support to the team to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth project delivery.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the interior design and architecture industry trends and terminology is highly desirable.
