Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, networking events, etc.).
Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of each property.
Assist clients in the selection and purchase of properties based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Conduct property viewings, tours, and open houses.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate market trends, property values, and available inventory.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Follow up with leads, clients, and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Work closely with marketing and advertising teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Stay informed about local zoning laws, financing options, and real estate regulations
