Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure repeat business and resolve any concerns.

    • Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and address issues as needed.

  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the products or services offered and their benefits to effectively sell to clients.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

  4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of the product.

    • Provide customized solutions based on customer needs and requirements.

  5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

    • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.

    • Close sales and handle all necessary documentation, including contracts and order forms.

  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and initiatives.

    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries.

  8. Market Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies.

    • Identify new market opportunities and help expand the business reach.
