Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the empty cosmetic packaging market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, a passion for innovative packaging solutions, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
Understand client needs and provide customized empty cosmetic packaging solutions.
Collaborate with product development and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close profitable deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetic packaging or related industry.
Strong network within the cosmetics and personal care market is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
