Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles.
