Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive for DRSLinx Logistics Worldwide in Delhi. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Job Requirements:

Candidates with good convincing communication in English or Hindi skills and few years of relevant experience in sales or business development are ideal for the position. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share, and build client relationships within the freight forwarding industry, focusing on both air and sea freight.

2. Negotiate directly with vendors for freight services, including containers, breakbulk, air charters, liners, agents, transporters, customs house agents (CHA), and other third-party vendors.

3. Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and convert quotes into orders.

4. Coordinate with the operations team after order confirmation to ensure smooth execution and provide updates to customers.

5. Manage post-delivery activities, including ensuring timely payments from customers.

6. Review and coordinate vendor invoices and payment processing with the accounts department and sales head.

7. Collect and report customer satisfaction feedback for each shipment.
