Job Description
o Undertake market mapping to identify potential target areas
o A very good knowledge of industrial clusters in the region.
o Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide
Feedback and information on market and creative trends.
o Source and fulfil new leads for leasing. Work aggressively in achieving the targets set by
the company.
o Work extensively with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for sourcing of leads
o Ability to understand and evaluate basic business risks associated with the proponent
and monitoring and Collection skills
o Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the
client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
o Participate in pricing the solution/service.
o Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s
unique selling propositions and differentiators.
o Leverage the technology built by ORIGA for enhancing customer experience and faster
turnaround time to close a transaction and a stronger customer engagement model.
o Work with internal teams of Origa such as credit, operations and finance to conclude a
leasing transaction.

Education
o Commerce or engineering graduation
o MBA in marketing / sales or finance preferable
Experience: 3 to 5 years
CTC: Upto 5LPA
Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Language Know - Hindi , English Compulsory
