Job Description

Sales Manager is responsible for leading the investment strategy and sales initiatives. This includes identifying viable investment opportunities, managing clients’ financial portfolios, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments to align investment plans with client needs.

Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities that align with client objectives.
• Manage and optimize client investment portfolios.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on financial trends.
• Prepare and present investment reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and financial institutions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investment management and sales.
• Proven track record of successful portfolio management and sales performance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar are preferred.
