Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Manager with expertise in B2B sales for the manufacturing industry. The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth in the B2B sector. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in online sales, digital marketing, and B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute online B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

·         Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including company websites, online marketplaces, and industry-specific B2B portals.

·         Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive qualified B2B leads and conversions.

·         Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, partners, and distributors to enhance online sales channels.

·         Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in online B2B sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing within the manufacturing sector.

·         Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and B2B e-commerce platforms.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
