What you do
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the real market and sales strategies and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role requires someone who believes in rapid development, is super ambitious, and is a go-getter. This role requires leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively oversee sales activities and ensure the achievement of company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investor business partners.
Generates leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
Could you monitor day-to-day sales activities and performance metrics?
Assist in complex negotiations and help close deals. Act as the point of contact for escalated sales issues and provide solutions to ensure successful transactions.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
Client Guidance: Assist clients in making informed decisions about real estate investments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust sales tactics and recommend new business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in real estate sales.
A network of industry content (brokers, clients, investors) in Gurgaon.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
