Job Description

CapitalBoon Consulting is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and mentor a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and investors.

  • Deal Closure: Oversee the sales process, negotiate deals, and ensure successful closures.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor real estate trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to enhance client experiences.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in real estate sales and team management.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics.

    • Understanding of market dynamics and real estate regulations.
