Position Summary:
Capital Boon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management. (preferred - real estate industry)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a competitive environment.
