JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Product Manager is responsible for providing expert knowledge of products to customers, guiding them through the selection and purchasing process, and ensuring a positive and informed buying experience. This role bridges the gap between the customer’s needs and the company’s offerings by delivering clear, accurate, and engaging product information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a clear and compelling manner.

• Stay up to date on product developments, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

• Assist in merchandising, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

• Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development or sales teams.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and support.

• Maintain product displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners preferred

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

Qualification- HSC passed.

Experience - 6 months into sales.

Languages Required - Proficient in English + Tamil

WORK SCHEDULE:

6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off, No cab facility provided

COMPENSATION:

Salary- 18K NTH
