Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and business goals.

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Create and oversee sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance sales effectiveness.

    • Ensure the team is fully trained on products, services, and sales techniques.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

    • Handle escalated client issues and concerns, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

  • Sales Execution & Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor the sales process to ensure that targets are being met and projects are delivered on time.

    • Maintain and report on key sales metrics (KPIs), ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.

    • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer data and sales pipeline.

  • Collaboration with Marketing and Other Departments:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and initiatives with sales objectives.

    • Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

    • Represent the sales department in company meetings to communicate strategies and results.

  • Market Expansion:

    • Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets for expansion.

    • Build relationships with potential partners and collaborators to grow the company’s market share.
