Job Title : Sales Officer - FMCG (Savouries Category - Snacks)

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to expand our footprint in the savouries segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

   • Meet monthly sales targets through active selling to distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

   • Ensure consistent growth in revenue and product penetration.

2. Identify & Onboard New Customers

   • Regularly scout new areas and markets to add new Distributors, Wholesalers & Retailers to the network.

   • Build trust with potential customers to convert them into long-term buyers.

3. Customer relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeated orders.

   • Resolve customer issue promptly related to delivery, payment, product complaints/feedback, etc.

4. Order generation & Consistency

   • Ensure regular flow of orders from the assigned customer base.

   • Follow up consistently to avoid gaps in ordering and reduce churn.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience : Min 4 years in FMCG sales, preferably in namkeen/savoury/snacks

• Language : Fluency in local language - Telugu and basic English

• Skills : Target-oriented, self-driven, strong communication skills

• Preferred : Familiar with local market and Kirana network.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
