📍 Location: Delhi NCR – North Delhi, South Delhi, West Delhi, East Delhi, Central Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida.

Job Description:

PayDash is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals with at least 1 year of experience in Fintech or Telecom for the position of Territory Sales Manager (TSM) / Territory Sales Officer (TSO). The ideal candidate should have a strong sales acumen and a proven track record in driving business growth within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

✅ Identify and onboard new partners to expand business reach.

✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

✅ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Fintech or Telecom sectors.

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

✔ Willingness to travel locally as required.
