Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven GM-SALES/SR.MANAGER SALES/MANAGER SALES to join KRASA INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. in NOIDA SECTOR 140. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 30k-50k+incentives along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for commercial real estate projects, aligning with overall business objectives.

  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.

  3. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and fuel repeat business.

  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies.

  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to the executive team, analyzing performance metrics and proposing necessary adjustments.

  6. Negotiation and Closing: Oversee high-level negotiations and transactions, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s goals and client needs.

  7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful project execution.

  8. Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with developers, brokers, and industry stakeholders to expand business opportunities and market reach.

  9. Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.

  10. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand, generate leads, and stay updated on market trends.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have GRADUATE and 5 -10 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Strategic Thinking, Sales Expertise, Leadership and Team Management, Market Knowledge, Financial Acumen, Networking Ability & Relationship Management is an added advantage.
