Role & responsibilities

SALES :

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize the sales of luxury villas.

• Create pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor analysis.

• Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and investors for villa sales.

• Source and generate new leads through marketing campaigns, events, and networking

• Qualify prospects, conduct follow-ups, and effectively convert leads into sales.

• Lead negotiations with clients to close sales deals while ensuring profitability

• Oversee the completion of all required documentation and contracts for property transactions.

• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.

MARKETTING:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive bookings and brand visibility

• Manage online advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms to maximize reach and ROI.

• Optimize the villa listings on key travel and booking platforms.

• Collaborate on creative campaigns that showcase the unique features and experiences of the villas.

• Manage PR and influencer partnerships to promote the villas

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or luxury goods.

• Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.

• Strong understanding of the Goa market and tourism trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
