This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting and demonstrating the value of the company's services. Key Responsibilities:• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.• Develop and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.• Work closely with the marketing, Operations, and other departments to achieve common goals.• Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and techniques.• Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.• Prepare daily reporting & MIS report- Reporting to department head.• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Additional Information:This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
