Job Description:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating closer target and closing new opportunities in good amount. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers and generate a revenue.
Responsibilities:
Generate revenue by actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the luxury residential and commercial property market.
Close deals by effectively promoting and selling properties to prospective clients, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of client interactions and meetings, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress against sales targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven success as a sales professional in the luxury residential and commercial real estate industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively manage and lead a sales team.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
