Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property developers

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of the local property market

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities

• Real estate license (as applicable)
