Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team at Realty Smartz Private Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's growth.
You will be expected to manage and oversee the entire sales process while meeting targets and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business development.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term business opportunities.
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Work closely with marketing teams to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competition.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A results-driven approach with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Compensation:
- ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month (Depending on last drawn salary and experience)
- After 3 months, performance-based increment.
Office Timing & Working Days:
Working Hours:•• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days:•• Monday to Sunday
Fixed Weekly Off:•• Tuesday
