Key Requirements:

• Education:BE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. MBA is a plus.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales of electrical test & measuring instruments.

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, channel sales, and distributor management.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical test & measuring equipment.

• Market Understanding: Experience handling sales across India.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel across India for client and distributor meetings.
