Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Service Engineers: Supervise, train, and guide service engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Operations Management: Oversee branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient resource allocation.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor revenue to ensure profitability.

• Sales & Client Relations: Develop strategies to drive sales and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and evaluate service engineers, ensuring performance targets are met.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Experience in managing service teams or technical staff

• Strong organizational and financial management skills
