Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and HR Manager with a background in the insurance and credit card industry. This role combines sales management and human resources responsibilities, focusing on driving sales performance while supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
Sales Management:
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Human Resources Management:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee development through training programs and performance evaluations.
Implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and employee satisfaction.
Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as necessary.
