We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Female candidates only) to join our Luxury Home Décor division at Celes’tile. We are particularly interested in applicants from North India with a background in Hospitality, though candidates from other regions are also welcome to apply.

Salary: Commensurate with interview performance, starting at a minimum of ₹50,000, with potential for a higher amount based on the candidate's qualifications and interview evaluation.
Qualification: Graduation (MBA in Sales preferred)or Hospitality Industry will be added advantage
Industry Preference: Hospitality / Interior Design / Luxury Home Décor
Languages Required: English, Hindi & Telugu (Fluency mandatory)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sundays and paid holidays off)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.
Understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Educate customers about luxury décor, materials, trends, and product details.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
Sales & Upselling
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Communicate product features, benefits, and design applications confidently.
Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Product Presentation & Showroom Maintenance
Ensure showroom appearance aligns with brand standards.
Assist in creating attractive product displays and setups.
Support visual merchandising during new product launches and promotions.
Design Consultation & Styling
Offer expert advice on styling, space planning, and color coordination.
Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury home décor and interior design.
Provide tailored consultations for high-value customers.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Coordinate deliveries and logistics for customer orders.
Assist in basic billing and invoicing processes.
Customer Follow-Up & Retention
Follow up with customer’s post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Notify clients about new arrivals, exclusive promotions, and events.
Teamwork & Growth
Collaborate with peers and management to achieve business goals.
Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Brand Representation
Uphold the Celes’tile brand’s ethos of luxury, service, and quality.
Maintain high service standards to represent the brand with professionalism.
