Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

Work-Model: Work form Office ( WFO)

Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the industrial electrical contracting or related sectors. Proven track record in managing and closing high-value deals.

Cost To The Company (CTC) : Maximum Annual CTC of Rs 9 Lac per annum(LPA). Monthly  maximum Rs 75 Thousand Per month (KPM)

Educational Qualification and Minimum Work experience : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Key Skills:

•        Strong understanding of the industrial electrical contracting market in India.

•        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

•        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

•        Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

 

Major responsibilities:

•        Business Growth & Strategy : Lead business development initiatives to achieve company growth targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and secure new business in the industrial electrical contracting sector.

•        Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and industry stakeholders. Leverage existing networks to generate new leads and secure projects.

•        Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Use insights to drive strategic decision-making and innovation in offerings.

•        Proposal & Tender Management : Lead the preparation and submission of proposals and tenders, ensuring that they are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to define project scopes and specifications.

•        Collaboration & Negotiation : Collaborate with senior management, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of business deals. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

•        Brand Promotion : Represent Sameer Electro Systems Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, seminars, and conferences. Promote the company’s services and capabilities to potential clients and partners.

•        Performance Monitoring : Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Regularly update senior management on sales pipeline status and market conditions.

•        Team Leadership & Coordination : Work closely with internal teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support in achieving company objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
