Greet visitors, clients, subcontractors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle daily mail distribution, incoming deliveries, and courier coordination.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to safety and site access protocols.
Provide administrative support to project managers and office staff (e.g. scanning, copying, filing).
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with construction site teams for documentation handovers or scheduling.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and project information.
