Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader with strong expertise in ISO certification services sales (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
etc.). If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of management system standards, and leadership skills to drive a high-performing sales team

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the ISO sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for ISO certification & training services

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with technical and audit teams to offer tailored solutions to clients

Provide regular performance updates and reports to management

Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Quality Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in ISO certification, & training

Solid understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)

Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Goal-oriented with excellent time management abilities
