We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lift Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in the elevator and escalator industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with technical and service teams to deliver customized lift solutions.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored elevator solutions.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical specifications, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, installations, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
