We’re Hiring | Business Development Representative / Sales Manager (B2B Sales)

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work from Office + Travel for Meetings)

Experience: 3-6 Years

Industry: E-Commerce, SaaS

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We’re looking for ambitious and driven B2B Sales Professionals to join a fast-growing tech company. If you’re passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth in a dynamic environment — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential B2B leads using online channels and tools.

• Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media.

• Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads using frameworks like BANT.

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and timely payment follow-ups.

• Log activities and maintain lead data in the CRM.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience (Tech/SaaS background preferred).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills [MANDATORY].

• Strong ability to generate leads independently.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
