Job Responsibilities:

• Rate Management: Set and manage room rates across online channels (OTAs, hotel website, etc.).

• Competitor Analysis: Regularly check competitor hotel rates and adjust our pricing accordingly.

• Channel Management: Oversee online room distribution channels, ensuring accurate listings and availability.

• Revenue Optimization: Monitor booking trends and adjust rates to maximize revenue.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).

• Collaboration: Work with the hotel team to align pricing strategies.
