Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager , you will play a critical role in leading our sales organization to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales function, from developing and implementing strategic sales plans to managing and motivating a high-performing sales team. You will also be instrumental in building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives

• Set clear and measurable sales goals and track progress towards achieving them

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team

• Coach and mentor sales representatives to develop their skills and knowledge

• Develop and implement sales training programs

• Manage and forecast sales budgets and expenses

• Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

• Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns
