Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, experience in lead generation, and proficiency in CRM tools. This role involves domestic travel for business expansion, client meetings, and sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales strategies.

• Manage and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

• Travel for client acquisition and business expansion (Pre-booked & Petrol Allowance applicable for Delhi).

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.

• Skills: Excellent communication in English & Hindi, CRM proficiency, sales & negotiation skills.

• Travel: Open to travel domestically as per business needs.

• Age Limit: Below 35 years.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA)

• Pre-booked travel arrangements + Petrol Allowance (if traveling within Delhi)
